Joy Buyer / Joy Bidder -  Impulsive buying behaviour of people who express intention to  buy or use your website checkout with no  immediate money to pay for their purchase.  Normally it end up as no sale, or cancelled transaction.

Own  a website with seller policy covering 
reservations.  “Item will only be reserve 
maximum of 3 days  after checkout.”   

No reservation policy - 
Request for immediate payment to finalized sales. ​

Create a client mailing list, know your buyers. Check profiles of your inquiries, a real buyer and an impulse buyers ask a  lot of questions.  A competition  who is just snooping around ask very minimal question or none at all. They just check on your website or use your check out system to read seller policy and wait on how he/she will be accommodated as a buyer, try to discern  who is who. If you sense it is just a possible joy bidder do not border to waste time to follow up on payments, do not bother to reserve items,  prepare your website with RESERVATION POLICY or NO RESERVATION POLICY. ​
